Tim Burton is currently filming a new version of Alice in Wonderland, which centers on Alice returning through the rabbit hole once she’s seventeen. Leading stars are Johnny Depp as Mad Hatter, Helena Bonham Carter as Queen of Hearts, Alan Rickman as Caterpillar, and Mia Wasikowska as Alice herself, and Anne Hathaway as the little known character, the White Queen. The movie won’t be released until 2010, but just hearing the concept and list of actors has me really excited!
